- This joven mezcal is un-aged and crystal clear. On the nose, pronounced aromas of ripe fruit, bell pepper, honey, wet stone and smoldering campfire.
- The palate is lively with rounded notes of cooked agave, caramelized pineapple and fresh herbs that give way to a subtle smoky-smooth finish and a full mouth-feel.
- Roasted for 5-8 days in underground pits before a ten-day to two week fermentation. Double distilled.
